SG Asia Hydraulics is a hydraulic engineering and manufacturing company serving the marine, offshore and industrial sectors across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. We specialise in winches, cranes and custom hydraulic equipment.
After more than a decade in operation, the work still comes down to the same three things: quality workmanship, precision engineering and customer satisfaction. We keep chroming, machining, cladding, honing and testing in-house so a job does not sit in a queue at someone else's shop.

What happens between
drop-off and sign-off.
No unit leaves the shop without a full-pressure test, and no quote goes out before we know what actually failed.
Dismantling and assessment
The unit is stripped down, cleaned and measured. We report what actually failed before quoting the repair.
Parts replacement
Seals, bearings and worn components are replaced with OEM-grade parts from our partner network.
Machining work
Honing, hard chroming, HVOF, laser cladding, line boring and rod machining, all in our own workshop.
Assembly
The unit is rebuilt to specification, with torque and clearance checks recorded at each stage.
Testing
Full-pressure test, typically 250 bar, before the unit leaves the shop, with certification where required.
