Our Repair Process

  • 1. Dismantling and Assessment

    Every pump, motor, and hydraulic cylinder is fully dismantled, cleaned, and inspected in detail. All components — including rods, barrels, pistons, valves, seals, bearings, and wear surfaces — are carefully checked for damage, wear, scoring, corrosion, and tolerance deviations. This thorough assessment helps us identify the root cause of failure and determine the most effective repair or refurbishment process before any work begins.

  • 2. Parts Replacement

    Damaged, worn, or out-of-tolerance parts are replaced or reworked to restore proper performance. This includes pump and motor components, as well as hydraulic cylinder parts such as rods, barrels, pistons, glands, bushes, and seals. Critical surfaces are refurbished through machining, honing, hard chroming, or HVOF coating when required. All replacement parts are selected or manufactured to meet OEM specifications, ensuring long-term reliability and smooth operation.

  • 3. Machining Work

    All necessary components are machined in-house using precision equipment to restore proper fit and functionality. This includes machining of hydraulic cylinder rods, pistons, glands, and barrels, as well as pump and motor parts such as shafts, housings, and wear plates. Surfaces are corrected, tolerances restored, and custom parts can be fabricated when originals are worn beyond repair. Our machining process ensures every component meets strict dimensional and performance requirements before reassembly.

  • 4. Assembly

    All components are carefully reassembled according to OEM specifications and engineering standards. For hydraulic cylinders, this includes installing rods, pistons, glands, seals, bearings, and end caps with correct torque and alignment. Pump and motor units are rebuilt with new or refurbished shafts, plates, rotors, vanes, valves, and internal components. Every assembly is lubricated, aligned, and checked for smooth movement to ensure proper function before final testing.

  • 5. Testing

    Every repaired unit undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets performance and safety standards. Hydraulic cylinders are pressure-tested to verify sealing, stroke smoothness, and load-holding capability. Pumps and motors are tested for flow, pressure, leakage, noise, and efficiency under operating conditions. Any abnormalities are corrected before final release. This final test guarantees that every component leaving our workshop is reliable, safe, and ready for service.
