The Brevini 4-spool valve block was resealed and recalibrated, and all limit switches were replaced. After pressure testing up to 250 bar, the crane was confirmed to be operating smoothly and reliably.

The slew drive was fully dismantled for cleaning, inspection, and repainting. All worn bearings were replaced, followed by reassembly with new seals, O-rings, and bolts. The hydraulic piston motor and slew drive were pressure-tested at 240 bar with no leaks, and the brake disc engagement was confirmed.

Our team completed a full service of six Hatch Hydraulic Cover Rams, starting with complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection. Three rods were rechromed and three were polished, and all barrel interiors were honed. Four cylinders were rebuilt with new seals, bolts, clamps, hoses, and fittings, while two additionally received new piston heads. The Luffing Jib cylinder was fully dismantled for cleaning and inspection, during which the cylinder rod was lightly polished to restore its surface. The unit was reassembled with new seals, O-rings, and bolts to ensure proper operation. A pressure test at 250 bar confirmed smooth performance with no internal or external leakage.

The operating valves for the Port and Starboard Capstan, as well as the Tugger Winch console valve and relief valve, were dismantled for thorough cleaning and inspection. All units were fitted with new seals, O-rings, flanges, and pressure gauges before being reassembled and installed. Each valve underwent pressure testing to verify there were no internal or external leaks. After passing all tests, the valves were spray-painted for corrosion protection and long-term durability.

The Bottom Door Cylinder clevis was removed and both the clevis ID and piston rod end threads were rethreaded to correct damage and fitting issues. The clevis was then reassembled onto the piston rod, and the cylinder underwent pressure testing. The unit was tested at 250 bar, with results confirming proper operation and no leakage.
